SlimTide is sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee. This policy explains what that covers and how to claim it. It applies to orders placed through slimtidesupplement.com, our authorized US distribution portal.
The 60-day window
You may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date. We ask that you give SlimTide a fair trial of at least 30 days first, since the formula works gradually. The guarantee applies to every plan, whether you bought two bottles or six, and you may return opened and unopened bottles alike.
What is refunded
An approved refund returns the purchase price of the product. Any original shipping charge, where one applied, is not refunded, and return postage is the customer's responsibility. We issue refunds to the original payment method used at checkout.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or use the contact form within the 60-day window. Include the name and email on the order and your order number. We will reply with a return authorization and the address to send the bottles. Please do not ship anything back before you receive those instructions, as it helps us match the return to your order.
Processing time
Once your returned bottles arrive at our fulfillment center, we process the refund promptly, typically within three to five business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit to your statement.
Exceptions
The guarantee covers purchases made directly through this authorized portal. It does not cover products bought from third-party sellers or marketplaces, which are not authorized and cannot be verified. Refund requests made after the 60-day window may be declined, although you are always welcome to contact us to discuss your situation.
