Tracking your order
As soon as your SlimTide order leaves the fulfillment center, we email a tracking link to the address on your order. If you have not seen it within two business days, check your spam folder, then reach out to [email protected] with your order number and we will resend it. Because the formula contains live probiotic strains, we ship promptly and recommend bringing the package indoors soon after delivery, then refrigerating the bottle once it is opened.
International orders
SlimTide is distributed for the US market through this authorized portal. We currently focus on US shipping. If you are outside the United States, contact support before ordering so we can let you know whether delivery to your country is available and what timelines and fees would apply.
Returns and refunds

Customers cover return postage, and original shipping fees, where they applied, are not refunded. If tracking stalls, a package is marked delivered but missing, or a bottle arrives damaged, contact us right away.
